The World’s First Social Benefit Energy & Infrastructure Company is About to Be Revealed to the World

Toronto, Ontario – February 4, 2014

Pioneering a revolutionary business model being hailed as the Robin Hood of energy companies, Neutopia is bursting at the seams as branches start popping up around the world.

But unlike Robin Hood, Neutopia doesn’t steal from the rich to give to the poor; they help the rich get richer by selling technologies to make them more profitable and then uses their own profits to help those in need.

Neutopia’s Global Green Partnership Program is an innovative way that simplifies efficiency & energy projects for the non-building specialist and non-technical community leader.  Founded to streamline adoption of sustainable infrastructure and solve global problems by fighting the root causes of poverty, Neutopia’s solution is simple:  help the rich get richer by saving on electricity, fuel and water consumption, heal the environment, and help empower the poor.  Neutopia is a company that has integrated Profit-People-Planet to a whole new dimension while raising the bar on Corporate and Community Social Responsibility; a revolutionary business model that builds wealth while empowering lives.

Neutopia Global Ambassador Program

Armed with a proprietary LEAN Community and Green Building SOS Program, Ambassadors simply fill out a project template with their smart phones and email the results back to HQ. It’s so simple even a 12 year old child can do it.  It eliminates the need for costly engineering assessments and energy audits by harnessing various cloud based software programs and telecommunications incorporating the use of technology for virtual meetings, satellites and GIS Mapping tools enabling Neutopia to effectively identify, develop and manage a series of projects from a distance.  Once the Ambassadors identify a project opportunity based on GPS coordinates, local energy costs, government incentive programs and even local weather data, it sets an international team of experts into motion.

The network includes many of the world’s top technology companies whose workforce Neutopia taps into; already over 100,000 strong and growing every week as meetings take place in board rooms and class rooms around the world.   Neutopia’s portfolio is so vast there is not one town in the 80,000 km 2-year cross continental feasibility study that they say could not benefit from a Neutopia ecoPARK. And that’s just in North America where energy prices are among the lowest in the world.

From engineers to environmental scientists and a massive sales & service infrastructure specializing in green buildings, renewable energy, waste-to-resources & bio-based products, the network is growing exponentially. Neutopia has essentially united an international network of technology experts and project scouts to help uncover millions, if not billions of dollars in savings for communities and property owners.  Neutopia is the epitome on how to capitalize on the Internet of Things.

Neutopia was invited by the senior producer of a program hosted by Donald Trump Jr. for a television feature to air on Fox and Blooomberg. Still waiting for scheduling, the interview will reveal how a Neutopia Student Ambassador group in Africa can attempt to uncover savings for the Trump Tower in Toronto utilizing Neutopia’s proprietary Green Building Efficiency SOS program. If it works, and the business model is applied to the Trump empire whose global real estate assets total more than $7 billion, then the Trump family could potentially save millions of dollars per year and Neutopia may be on the verge of saving thousands of lives in Africa – not by asking the Trump family to give to charity, but rather by helping them get richer.

Neutopia’s Fortune 500 Challenge

All 500 of the Fortune 500 companies are being sent invitations to participate in the program which could help lower the operating costs of their thousands of buildings all over the world while boosting their Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns.  Neutopia is primed with a blueprint to arm tens of thousands of Ambassadors on every continent with the tools we need to change our planet; reduce our carbon footprint and save energy…while inspiring global change, feeding the hungry, healing the sick and delivering hope to the hopeless.

Robin Hood meets the Internet of Things meets the world’s most diverse portfolio of solutions to help our community’s, our economy and our planet. Indeed, nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come.

The United Nations Millennium Development Goals for energy were intended to increase clean energy generation & adoption of efficiency technologies around the world to reduce our carbon footprints. Neutopia ecoSOLUTIONS Inc. is a blueprint on how to streamline discovery and development opportunities quickly. We are game-changing Solutions providers combined with the Internet of Things, and our time has come.

Neutopia LEAN Community Program2

Neutopia’s LEAN Community & Green Building Programs

Neutopia is a fast growing global network of leading technology companies and a sales network specializing in efficiency, enabling us to present a complete suite of green technologies to help entire communities to ‘go green’, solving energy and waste problems while creating long-term sustainable employment. We accomplish this by creating our unique Neutopia ecoPARK & Green Community Plan™ based on the concepts of biological systems integration; a methodology similar to what Kaizen and Six Sigma™ have done for industries, and what LEED™ does for buildings, although on a much larger scale to benefit entire communities.

Essentially, communities should be regarded as living organisms; what comes in, what goes out, and how the different services and local industries can connect like organs in the body functioning harmoniously to benefit the whole. We uncover efficiency problems and lost revenue, provide the technology/equipment to recover that lost revenue and then re-invest 80-100% of our profits into Community Empowerment programs; this could be to provide energy to a remote village in a developing nation or to help a local food bank, school, or support for seniors or persons with disabilities. The exact project depends on the client we are helping.

Total Energy SOS ProgramPioneering a revolutionary business model that merges Corporate and Community Social Responsibility with Environmental Sustainability and Social Benevolence, Neutopia is the world’s first Social Benefit Energy & Infrastructure Company.  We don’t just change light bulbs or promote efficiency; we are technology integrators that teach new methods to improve efficiency, adopt and embrace new technologies to uncover lost revenue streams and increase profitability and ultimately shareholder rewards.  Our technology partners develop new ways for energy to be generated, delivered, stored and utilised. We bring them to the world.

Reducing Financial Risk is Key to Breaking Barriers and Creating Enablers

The Neutopia Green Energy Investment Network is prepared to finance up to $600 million in Green Building projects in Ontario alone. In other words, property owners don’t even need to pay the up-front cost to get these solutions installed. Combined with a renewable energy division managed by financial advisors experienced in international project development, financing and operations, Neutopia is set to make a global impact and is already fielding requests for entire community ecoPARKS and Green Building projects around the world.  This is sure to make their manufacturing partners a lot of money without paying for new sales reps.

The Social Benefit business model has attracted international interest where Neutopia has been a guest lecturer on merging Sustainable Community Development, Social Innovation and Leadership in Business. Neutopia is now receiving requests to develop these green plans and provide the equipment and technologies and is expanding the training program for an international team of Ambassadors to uncover business opportunities around the world.  Currently pursuing projects for high rise condos, hotels, resorts, industrial and commercial sites, Neutopia is streamlining efficiency projects and is about to cut the global carbon footprint with a historical impact.

Toronto, Ontario – December 2013

“7 last year, 14 this year, and we have more than 50 projects on the table for 2014…we need more help!!

Neutopia ecoSOLUTIONS Inc. (www.neutopia.ca), the world’s first Social Benefit energy company, has submitted 12 solar projects to the government feed-in-tariff program, smallFIT 3.  Ranging from 250kW to 500kW, Neutopia can earn significant revenue from Project Development and Land Leases while some land owners chose to join the Neutopia Partnership Program enabling them to earn more than simply accepting the standard lease offer. The Neutopia Project Development Network is composed of several alliances with various engineering partners and equipment manufacturers including investors who have established a partnership with Ontario municipality’s to ensure the projects would all be submitted as Contract Capacity Set-aside Status.

CanSIA 2013

Toronto, Ontario – December 2013

“Being invited to the solar show was a great experience for us, thanks to Jeff for the opportunity and to Kristin for wanting to participate and representing Neutopia behind the booth!”

Solar Canada is the premier solar show of the year and has more than 3000 delegates attending. While this year’s show didn’t seem to be as well attended as in previous years, the announcements made by the Minister of Energy during the show about the directives to the OPA were welcomed with open arms and excitement: the OPA Feed-in-tariff program will be accepting not one but two rounds of applications in 2014, including the re-opening of the large FIT under a new competitive procurement program. Many companies remain upset with the OPA’s management of the still immature FIT program, and some have even closed up shop and left the province. This leaves more opportunity for us; Neutopia has alliances with a vast network of partners and investors who are eager to invest in the upstream soft costs, applications and development process, so as long as we continue to find land owners interested in earning extra income we have no shortage of funding for solar projects.

What’s even more exciting? Many solar companies are now coming to Neutopia to help finance their projects!  If you are a solar developer and seeking a partnership please contact us today.

Neutopia Green Buildings Toronto 2013

Toronto, Ontario – December 2013

“Operating High Performance Buildings – Are You Ready?”

We were proud to have been invited to present a seminar alongside Ellis Don, such a high profile international engineering firm, at the Toronto Convention Center in December. It’s a sign that we are truly emerging from stealth with respect from our peers.  Attended by dozens of property managers, the seminar was focused on integrating various technologies to lower the operating costs of multi-residential buildings, high rise condo and office towers, hotels and resorts around the world.

It is getting invited to speak at such prestigious conferences as this and sharing the stage with engineering firms such as Ellis Don that is helping to raise awareness about Neutopia and our innovative business model and getting our name out there.  Robert’s lecture was focused on presenting case studies of Fortune 500 clients who have installed some of the technologies we are promoting and how much they have saved on electricity and gas, and how much can be saved by combining technologies.  So many property managers received Continuing Education credits by attending our seminar, we are optimistic it will result in some high profile Green Building projects in 2014!

Toronto, Ontario – September 2013

Neutopia ecoSOLUTIONS Inc. (www.neutopia.ca), the world’s first Social Benefit energy company, has become an official representative for Ontario’s energy conservation programs and energy savings initiatives.  Working closely with local utilities for both electricity and natural gas reduction efforts, Neutopia reps can now offer incentives including rebates for most equipment of up to 50% off.

Our reports on energy security for the new millennium are sure to attract communities around the world that do not have their own grant program but who could benefit from Neutopia’s Green Energy Investment Network.

Combined with our vast portfolio of technologies, our international network of technology advisors, our bulk energy purchase program, and Neutopia’s Green Energy Investment Network, which can add our consulting fees to the final purchase, we should be able to attract clients from a wide range of building types and industries.

“All Neutopia reps can now offer many of our energy savings technologies with rebates of up to 50%!! This should help streamline adoption of many common technologies such as energy efficient lighting and HVAC upgrades while opening up the door for ancillary sales and most importantly in becoming their green energy provider.”

InternationalVerticalCitiesConference

In March 2013, Neutopia was a special guest speaker at the International Vertical Cities Conference in Seoul, and toured the region for a few weeks to meet with key stakeholders and understand the problems, opportunities and to discover the potential for Neutopia Ambassadors to launch our efforts in South Korea.

Thanks to South Korea’s forward-thinking government, their Renewable Portfolio Standard and major initiatives to adopt Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Communities, we see it as a direct fit for Neutopia’s Social Benefit Green Partnership Programs and planting our seeds in their fertile economic development environment. We met with officials from the Canadian Embassy, South Korean Economic Development offices representing 2 major development sites, international project developers and technology providers and already attracted a hotel owner who is eager to ‘go green’…all in only one week!
